High school athletes in Southlake have hearts of gold, and they demonstrated their magnanimous spirit by participating in the charitable cause called Play It Forward. Members of the Southlake branch (Mack Morgan, Preston LeJeune and Alex Johnston) eagerly donated much-need baseball equipment to the Miracle League of Arlington.
Play It Forward Southlake collects and refurbishes both new and used sporting equipment for organizations, teams, clubs and individuals with demonstrated financial need. As always, our Dragons make us proud, as they took on this cause in helping others with common interests and great need. Founded in 2010, “Play It Forward” is a non-profit organization that provides equipment for kids that would not be able to afford it otherwise.
After lots of hard work, the Dragon founders of Play It Forward Southlake are an active group of student athletes aiding the equipment needs of athletic organizations all around the Metroplex, from Mesquite to Arlington and Fort Worth — and beyond. Play It Forward Southlake is generating new excitement into sports groups, and we certainly can understand why.
Roxann Taylor & Associates, Realtors couldn’t be more proud to support the Dragons in this charitable endeavor. Go Dragons!
