This October, a new fitness facility will open its doors to Southlake. Urban Air Trampoline Park will feature wall-to-wall trampolines, a tumble track, and more, all suited for Southlake resident of all ages.
Mike Brown, co-owner and operator of the facility, wants Urban Air Trampoline Park to be the most exciting and unique place to exercise and play in the Southlake area. The fitness center will soon be one of the best places for birthday parties, church gatherings, and school events once it opens its doors in October.
Urban Air also caters to adults with low impact fitness classes that utilize plyometrics, cardio, and strength building exercises. By fully involving yourself in one of these workouts, you can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour.

During a day and age when obesity is an ever-growing concern among the nation’s youth, it is refreshing to see a business come to Southlake with the goal of keeping both children and adults active while having fun. We are excited to visit the Urban Air Trampoline Park once it is open!
